Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

The packaging process start after 24 hours. Do you want to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours to make sure you package isn't in the process fase.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the next day after the day of processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, between 20 and 30 business days for delivery in Spain and between 30 and 40 business days for international orders (depending on location).
